The Agency's President and founder Rick Phillips has over 30 years in the Insurance field, and over 25 years in the equine field. Rosemary is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Insurance Agent who has worked with the agency for 6 years. She is a strong believer in the theory that the outside of a horse is good for the insides of a man. Both Rick and Rosemary are actively invloved in the day to day business.

Debby Cain, a third generation horsewoman with over 12 years in the equine insurance business, is a licensed agent for Energy Equine. Debby also has been involved as a horse owner, National and International judge, and has served on several National Equine Committees.
